Registration

  • Thank you for your generous sponsorship of $1000. The balloon sponsorship will include ten 8-foot balloon columns to be displayed at the event, including your company logo on a balloon on the top of the column.
  • Imagine the happy faces you will have as this incredible co-sponsorship of $6000.00 will get the crowd mingling and excitement started!! Your company will have 2 large display signs in the reception space with your company logo and sponsorship. If you choose, this sponsor will be allowed to be at the registration table to welcome the guests as they enter the event center.
  • Your sponsorship of $5000.00 will gift the guests of this incredible black tie event the nibbles and tastes of scrumptious butler passed hors d’oeuvres from the Hyatt staff during the cocktail hour. Get their taste buds flowing with scrumptious Smoked Bacon Wrapped BBQ Shrimp, Mini Beef Wellington, Raspberry & Brie Pastry Puffs with Honey, and Jumbo Shrimp Shooter with Cocktail Sauce! YUM! A centrally located cheese and cracker tray will also be supplied. 2 large display signs will be visible with your company logo and sponsorship.
  • Your sponsorship of $1000.00 will supply the guests the pleasure of cocktail hour music from 6-7 pm. A large display sign with company logo and sponsorship will be displayed.
  • Your sponsorship of $2000.00 will give the guests a nice close to dinner along with coffee or hot tea. Desserts will be an assortment of individual size servings of delectable sweetness like only the Hyatt can offer! A large display sign will be displayed with company logo and sponsorship.
  • Your sponsorship of $2500.00 will get the guests rocking’ this anniversary party from 7 pm - 12 midnight! Elegant dinner music for guests to enjoy while eating. Then the party will really kick in with a variety of dance music to keep the party going! 2 large display signs will be displayed with company logo and sponsorship.
  • Thank you to your generous sponsorship of $2500, guests will be able to take home a fun and sweet memory of this fabulous evening. Each photo will have your company logo printed on the keepsake photos.
  • Thank you to your generous sponsorship for the Photographer!! The Photographer will take everyone's photo upon arrival in front of the Step and Repeat with all participating sponsors Logo's displayed on a large backdrop. They will also capture pictures throughout the evening, and we all know how much we like to strike a pose!!
  • Each dinner table will be for 10 people at a round table. All tables will have linen tablecloths & napkins. Each of the table sponsorships purchased for $250.00. We ask that you supply 10 small gifts for guests ($10 minimum) seated at your table. An 8 x 11 sign will be displayed on the table(s) you sponsor showing your company logo and the sponsorship. Gifts are only allowed on the table(s) you sponsor. Please deliver gifts to Stephanie Dunn one week prior to the event.
  • What a way to make an entrance!!! Your sponsorship of $4000.00 is nothing short of saying you want to make a statement to all COMA guests!!!! Imagine as the guests pull up to the beautiful Coconut Hyatt, and they are informed that the valet is free for all attending this black tie event because of your incredible sponsorship!!!! Can you say, “that’s the way to start the party”? As they exit their vehicles, they will see a very large easel displayed sign with your company logo and sponsorship. This sponsor has the choice to be at the hotel entrance to help greet our guests if they so choose.
